Dr. Yog Upadhyay is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Liverpool John Moores University, England. His interest and experience lies in construction law, sustainability issues, intellectual property, international law, responsible governance of science and technology, human rights, policy analysis, life sciences, etc. He is an External Examiner to the University of Law and University of Hertfordshire. He was affiliated as a Lecturer in Law to Derby University and University of Sheffield. He had previously worked as a Graduate Tutor/Research Assistant at University of Sheffield and as a Research Associate at Queens Mary University of London. He is also a Freelance Arbitrator in investment and intellectual property related disputes. Additionally, he is regularly involved with Nepali legal professionals for improvement in Nepali legal sphere.
Mr. Saurav Sarmah is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. He is also a research scholar at the Centre for East Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He received Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund Merit Award for securing first position in M.A. and University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test Research Fellowship in International and Area Studies. His areas of interest are Sinology, International Relations, Political Philosophy and Comparative Religion.
Mr. Harsh Mahaseth is currently an Assistant Lecturer, and Research Analyst at O. P. Jindal Global University. He completed his Master of Laws (Asian Legal Studies) from the National University of Singapore and completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, India. He previously worked on several research projects with UNICEF, UN-Habitat, NUS, NALSAR, the SAARC Secretariat, Propublic, and the Centre for Air and Space Law. His research experience and numerous publications have earned him the Emerging Scholar Award, Best Research Scholar Award, and the Best Law Student Award. He has also previously delivered sessions on legal research, writing, editing, professional development and oratory skills as part of the UPeksha Mentorship Programme which he has also founded.
